PRIVACY POLICY: BabyBeings respects and protects your privacy. Your personal details will under no circumstances be disclosed or exchanged, unless ordered by a court of law.
SHIPPING: BabyBeings ships worldwide, All postage is sent via registered post, postage costs are calculated based on number of products purchased and is automatically calculated on checkout. Please note all prices are in Australian dollars. Packages are sent out on 2 days of the week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
BabyBeings does not accept responsibilty for any loss or damage of items/parcels once it has left our hands.
PAYMENTS: BabyBeings excepts the following payments;
PayPal
Money Order
Direct Bank Deposit (Australian customers only)
Details for Money order and Direct Bank Deposit will be emailed to the customer after order has been placed.
EXCHANGES: At BabyBeings we realise that although our products is of a very high standard and care has been taken to describe each garment as accurately as possible, a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size. If this happens we urge you to contact us via email or phone to arrange an exchange. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Contact must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. Buyer will be responsible for sending the unwanted item back via express post to BabyBeings.
Please note: Sale items are not exchangeable, and all sales are final.
At BabyBeings every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with the utmost care. However we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us promptly via phone or email to discuss. Faulty items must be returned via registered post within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. BabyBeings will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Delivery fees will not be included in refund.
GIFT WRAPPING: At BabyBeings we take a great deal of pride in the way our items are packaged and sent to you, all items are gift wrapped free of charge.
